• Please make sure to track your order and look out for delivery.
• Heavy or Large items do not qualify for free shipping and may be subjected to additional shipping costs, we may reach out to you after order is placed.
• Aquariums and Tanks are shipped with No Guarantee because couriers do not cover glass products.
• Coupons or Discounts do not stack during Sales.
• Heatpack for any orders is currently NOT MANDATORY.
