The scraper cartridge houses a 3 in 1 design. It easily attaches to your both sizes of seachems algae Scraper and retracts when not in use. The scraper is safe for salt and fresh water. The pad is the first choice when cleaning An acrylic tank, although the plastic can be used, Caution should be taken when working around gravel. The blade attachment easily removes tough algae but should not be used on acrylic tanks.

These algae Scraper blades are compatible with all Seachem algae scrapers. Install the blade by snapping open the scraper cartridge (using the divot found on both sides of the cartridge), placing the blade and easily snapping it back together. The cartridge easily slides out of the Scraper, is able to be positioned in two different heights as well as a third position that hides the blade safely away when not in use.
